The Challenge
As a real estate and government-linked authority, RTA needed to manage property records, lease contracts, invoicing, and customer data with strict approval workflows and regulatory accountability — something generic, off-the-shelf property software couldn’t fully accommodate without heavy customization.
The Solution
We deployed and customized Odoo ERP for RTA Real Estate, streamlining HR, sales, accounting, CRM, purchase, and inventory alongside property management, lease contracts, invoicing, customer records, multi-level approvals, and workflow automation. We also implemented custom dashboards, reporting, and role-based access controls tailored to their regulatory and operational needs.
The Outcome
RTA now runs property management, leasing, invoicing, and approvals through one connected system with role-based access ensuring the right people see and approve the right information — replacing fragmented processes with clear dashboards, auditable workflow automation, and real-time reporting for regulatory and operational oversight.
